Job Description: Ogon Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance-focused solutions and services for our valued clients. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the technological landscape of the insurance industry, ensuring that Ogon remains at the forefront of innovation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will:
- Lead Software Solution Design:
- Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of P&C insurance customers.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal Ogon team members to ensure seamless implementation of the InsuranceNow product across various Lines of Business (LOBs) and states.
- Guide Technical Discussions:
- Lead technical design discussions with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their requirements and preferences.
- Provide expertise in scoping projects to align with client expectations and Ogon's commitment to excellence.
- Create Technical Documentation:
- Generate detailed technical solution documentation to serve as a reference for internal teams and contribute to the development of compelling project proposals and statements of work.
- Develop project implementation estimates for client billable projects, showcasing a deep understanding of resource requirements.
- Facilitate Discovery and Presentations:
- Drive project discovery sessions to uncover client needs and expectations, fostering a collaborative environment for effective solution development.
- Conduct solution presentations with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Resource Allocation Collaboration:
- Work closely with project and service delivery managers to allocate resources efficiently, optimizing team capabilities for successful project outcomes.
- Monitor Project Status:
- Implement robust project tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on project status, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly.
- Communicate project progress transparently to internal and client stakeholders, fostering a proactive and accountable project environment.
- Lead Training Initiatives:
- Proactively train both Ogon and client team members on Ogon's solutions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the implemented P&C insurance-focused solutions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions that empower team members with the knowledge and skills required for successful solution adoption and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing the Guidewire InsuranceNow software solution.
- Extensive experience in software architecture and solution design, particularly within the P&C insurance industry.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution development and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in project management and tracking methodologies.
